(1) ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Leopard Tours and Car Rentals' services.

2. Rental Agreement

By renting a vehicle from Leopard Tours and Car Rentals, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein. This agreement is between Leopard Tours and Car Rentals (referred to as "the Company") and the individual or entity renting the vehicle (referred to as "the Renter").

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to rent a vehicle, the Renter must:

• Be at least 21 years old (age requirements may vary by vehicle category and location).
• Possess a valid driver's license held for a minimum of 2 years.
• Provide a valid credit card in the Renter's name for the security deposit.

4. Vehicle Condition

The Company will provide the vehicle in good operating condition, complete with the necessary documents, parts, and accessories. The Renter must return the vehicle in the same condition, except for normal wear and tear.

5. Use of Vehicle

The Renter agrees to:

• Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes.
• Not allow any unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
• Not drive the vehicle outside the designated area or country without prior consent from the Company.
• Not use the vehicle for any illegal activities, including but not limited to, transporting illegal goods or substances.
